At the main Pagoda in Yangon I sat quietly and soaked up the sounds and atmosphere of the spiritual center of this city. There was a young family nearby and the kids looked at me with my camera and sunglasses in wonder. I smiled and waved hello, which gave them the all clear to head over to me and play in my general area. The mother told them to say hello and ask my name. They showed incredible brightness of energy and their smiles were too electric to go un-photographed. After obtaining permission from the parents and the young girls in question, I snapped away. Later I saw a young monk and also asked to take a quick shot. All these pictures were taken in the spur of the moment moving around the temple grounds.
